is a primary school registered under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961, offering classes from Nursery to Class V. Ans: The registration form must be downloaded from the school’s website by the guardian. After printing and filling it out manually, the form should be submitted in person at the school office.
Ans: You need an attested birth certificate, report card from the previous school (if applicable), 4 stamp-size photos of the child, and one photo each of the parents/guardian, plus Aadhaar cards.
Ans: The registration fee must be paid on the day of the observation/interaction, regardless of whether the form was submitted online or offline.
